WARRANTY & POLICY
We guarantee #270Pro products have one year warranty. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or extend to any#270Pro product that has been modified.
We do offer the repairing service at all times but there will be extra charge if the damage is caused by misuse or closing up the pole with wrong instructions.
Only original #270Pro products are covered under this warranty.
We will refund you if you return the unused items within 10 days of your receipt of the items for any reason. The buyer should make sure that the items they returned are in their original condition. The buyer should be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.
The buyer is responsible for returned items (does not include defective products. We cover shipping costs for all international returns due to defective issues).
Customs & Duties
For ALL international shipments, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. #270Pro is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of #270Pro to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges. For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. #270Pro is not responsible for this payment.
15% restocking fee is charged for the following circumstances:
1. Customer inputs an incorrect shipping address, and the item is returned. In addition, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
2. Customer rejects to pay duties (taxes), and the item is returned.
#270Pro will only accept returned items if the entire item is returned.
For items that get lost, damaged, or reject to pay duties(taxes), to cause the item unreturned by the recipient, NO REFUNDS WILL APPLY.
If you approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 days.
